Seafood Processing

Introduction

Fish Scales Natfish delivers training in seafood processing, sales and distribution through flexible delivery. Courses are a mixture of work based training, distance education and where appropriate some classroom sessions.

The benefit of this approach is the focus is on recognising and formalising skills that the student already uses and/or has learnt on the job and providing targeted training where needed. Assessment for the courses will be a mixture of work-based assessment such as observations in the workplace, assignments and campus based assessment (such as tests or practical assessment events).
