Natfish delivers training in seafood processing, sales and distribution through flexible delivery. Courses are a mixture of work based training, distance education and where appropriate some classroom sessions. |
The benefit of this approach is the focus is on recognising and formalising skills that the student already uses and/or has learnt on the job and providing targeted training where needed. Assessment for the courses will be a mixture of work-based assessment such as observations in the workplace, assignments and campus based assessment (such as tests or practical assessment events).
